The 10m x 18m site area is situated at the center of the capital, between houses and narrow busy streets. In these circumstances, the space becomes extremely limited. This was one of the challenges faced by Cosmas, to create a space with broad visual effect.

Although this house only has a small site, Cosmas was brave to sacrifice some site for the green opera area. The remaining area on the ground floor is spent for a hall, indoor waterfall, and an inner court. The hall is for family and friends gathering area when the owner requires extensive space. This open space room blends nicely with the surrounding garden which allows natural air freely flowing into the room - another way to save energy from not using air condition.
